I bet you read the title of this journal and your interest was piqued. You became curious, guilt-ridden at the realization that no, this should not be something that would pry your innocent eyes from art, but alas you fall victim to the sexual prowess and sinful deviations (HAHA. pun) of modern society. Alas, your intrigue will most imminently be disappointed. But only for a split second, because though there are no BOOBS or PORNO, or XXX's, this IS THE FIRST JOURNAL ENTRY OF STIR FRIED LOVIN!!!
WELCOME TO THE STORM BABY!!!!!!
Max's venture into artistic deviation is well underway, friends. The avatar is up, the signature is up, the thumbs of critics? way up.
Obviously, though avatars and blog signatures are blatant necessities for any artist, I feel as if I'm not quite prepared yet. Lacking in certain aspects of art dubbed by the elite as "talent" and "skill", I'm forced to examine my individualism as an artist. And to do this, I figured I'd compose an articulation of what art actually is.
TO GOOGLE AND BEYOND!
And so the journey of the lone mouse cursor across the long and barren screen pursues. At last, the google toolbar is reached.
I am impressed, dear deviators, by the footprint you leave on the desert that is this barren internet. NUMBA 2! When searching 'art' on google, DeviantArt appears at 2nd place behind.. art.com... yeah hard to beat that one. But the 3rd hit is the one I seek. The famed Wiki, jewel of the research paper writer, king of the e-encyclopeiae, WIKIPEDIA, IMMACULATE SOURCE OF (questionably open source) INFORMATION!
When one wiki's "art", the result is as follows:
Art refers to a diverse range of human activities, creations, and expressions that are appealing or attractive to the senses or have some significance to the mind of an individual.
So art is essentially everything. A backwards, shrewd concept really. Art is backwards... Thus, Art is Tra.
Hmm. Interesting.
Again, to the wiki.
When one wiki's "tra", the result is as follows:
TRA is a three-letter abbreviation that can refer to:
Taiwan Relations Act, an act of the United States Congress passed in 1979 after the establishment of relations with the People's Republic of China and the breaking of relations between the United States and the Republic of China on Taiwan by President Jimmy Carter.
Tomb Raider: Anniversary, a game in the Tomb Raider series and a 2007 remake of the original Tomb Raider.
Telecommunications Act of 1996, or the Telecom Reform Act, a significant overhaul of United States telecommunications policy.
Theodore Roosevelt Association, an organization chartered by Act of Congress in 1920 dedicated to President Theodore Roosevelt.
Traumatic rupture of the thoracic aorta, another name for traumatic aortic rupture.
So what can be concluded from this research? Art, or tra, as it is more commonly referred to (by me), is an immaculate combination of political legislature, video games, and a dangerous heart condition. Art, truly, is telling us all that the one central goal of our individualist expressions should be to pass into law legislature that mandates the play of video games, or else a severe heart condition awaits all of us.
It's so clear to me. So evidently obvious, so painfully IN YA FACE.
Art is what brings us all together. Or at least all the gamers.
Thus concludes our first journal entry here at Stir Fried Lovin. Please tune in next time as we discuss the validity of how crazy Tom Cruise is in the argument against Scientology.
